Merchant Policies

Services and Delivery


LM² Enterprises, LLC provides professional coaching, consulting, and training services. All services are delivered digitally (via video conferencing) or in person, depending on the engagement. There are no physical products shipped.

 

Service formats include:

  • Individual executive coaching sessions (virtual or in person)
  • Behavioral Excellence Profile™ (BEP) DISC assessment and debrief sessions (virtual or in person)
  • Team and DISC workshops (virtual or in person)
  • Organizational consulting engagements (virtual, in person, or hybrid)
  • Downloadable digital resources (PDFs delivered via email upon signup)

Service delivery timeline


Coaching sessions, debriefs, and workshops are delivered on the scheduled date and time via our booking platform. Digital resources are delivered immediately upon form submission or email confirmation.

 

Team Workshops and Organizational Consulting


Custom engagements.
Team workshops, training engagements, and organizational consulting services are custom engagements that often require planning, preparation time, scheduling coordination, assessment setup, and, in some cases, travel arrangements. For that reason, deposits paid for custom engagements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable proposal, Coaching Services Agreement, or Statement of Work.

 

Cancellation by the client.
If a client cancels a custom engagement at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled delivery date, any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred by LM² Enterprises, LLC, including but not limited to preparation time, purchased assessment licenses, third-party platform fees, travel bookings, venue costs, or custom materials.

 

If a client cancels fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled delivery date, LM² Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to retain all amounts paid, depending on the extent of preparation completed and costs incurred.

 

Rescheduling.
Requests to reschedule a custom engagement will be handled in good faith and subject to availability. Rescheduling may require payment of additional costs already incurred by LM² Enterprises, LLC or its vendors.

 

Digital Resources


Digital resources and downloadable materials.
All digital resources, including workbooks, guides, cheat sheets, templates, planners, and similar materials, are delivered electronically. Because digital products are accessible immediately and cannot be returned like physical goods, all sales of digital resources are final.

 

A digital resource will be considered delivered once the download link, access email, or resource page has been provided to the email address or account information submitted by the customer. Once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, digital resources are non-refundable.

 

Payment Methods


LM² Enterprises, LLC accepts the following payment methods through our third-party booking and payment platform (currently Paperbell):

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Other major credit and debit cards accepted by Stripe (Paperbell's payment processor)

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

 

Pricing


Service pricing is listed on our booking platform at the time of purchase. LM² Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect sessions or packages already purchased.

 

For organizational consulting and custom team workshop engagements, pricing is provided in an individual proposal based on the engagement's scope. Contact us to request a proposal.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy


We understand that schedules change. The following policies apply to all booked sessions:

 

48+ hours' notice

Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge. Contact us or use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation to select a new time.

 

24 to 48 hours' notice

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge. A second rescheduling request within the same booking may be treated as a cancellation.

 

Less than 24 hours' notice

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. The session will be considered completed.

 

No-shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session and do not provide advance notice, the session will be treated as a no-show, considered completed, and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 

 

Cancellations by LM² Enterprises, LLC

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full rescheduling at your convenience or a complete refund at your choice.

 

Refund Policy


Coaching sessions and BEP debriefs

Refund requests for individual coaching sessions and Behavioral Excellence Profile™ debrief sessions must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Sessions canceled with 24 to 48 hours’ notice are generally not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no charge in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, and sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

 

Multi-session packages (e.g., 90-Day Leadership Accelerator)

If you discontinue a multi-session coaching package before all sessions are completed, you may request a refund for unused sessions, provided the request is made in writing before the next scheduled session. Any refund will be calculated based on the value of services already delivered at the applicable single-session or package-adjusted rate. Any sessions already delivered, including the initial Behavioral Excellence Profile™ debrief, are non-refundable.

 

Digital resources

All downloadable resources (workbooks, guides, cheat sheets, templates, and planners) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

Team workshops and organizational consulting

Cancellation and refund terms for custom engagements are outlined in the applicable Coaching Services Agreement or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits for custom engagements are non-refundable. Amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled engagement date, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred by LM² Enterprises, LLC, including preparation time, assessment licenses, platform fees, travel arrangements, venue costs, or custom materials. Cancellations made fewer than 14 calendar days before the scheduled engagement date are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

How to request a refund or raise a billing concern

To request a refund or report a billing concern, please get in touch with LM² Enterprises, LLC at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Billing Concern" and include your name, the service purchased, the purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within three (3) business days.

 

Processing: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method using our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Package Expiration


Multi-session package usage and expiration.
Multi-session coaching packages must be used within the service period stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all sessions included in a package must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions remaining after that period will expire and are non-refundable.

 

Extensions.
LM² Enterprises, LLC may, at its sole discretion, grant a limited extension in cases of documented hardship, scheduling disruption initiated by LM² Enterprises, LLC, or other extenuating circumstances. Any approved extension must be confirmed in writing.

 

Third-Party Platforms

LM² Enterprises, LLC uses the following third-party platforms to deliver services and process transactions. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that these platforms may process your information in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies:

  • Paperbell (session booking): paperbell.com
  • Stripe (credit card payment processing): stripe.com
  • ConvertKit/Kit (email communications and resource delivery): kit.com
  • Google Analytics (website usage analytics): analytics.google.com
  • Zoom or similar (virtual session delivery): zoom.us

 

LM² Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or operations of third-party platforms. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use through our Site.

 

Intellectual Property


All content, materials, resources, and tools provided through our services and this Site, including the Behavioral Excellence Profile™ brand, are the intellectual property of LM² Enterprises, LLC unless otherwise noted. DISC assessment reports are generated by third-party assessment providers and are provided to clients as part of the coaching engagement.

 

Materials provided during coaching, workshops, or consulting engagements are for the client's personal and professional use only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission from LM² Enterprises, LLC.

 

Dispute Resolution


If you are dissatisfied with a service or have a concern about a transaction, please get in touch with us first at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

 

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution provisions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
