Early in my career, I watched talented leaders fail — not because they lacked intelligence or drive, but because they didn't understand how their own behavior affected the people around them. They couldn't read a room. They hired people just like themselves and wondered why the team stalled. They gave feedback the way they wanted to receive it, and watched it land like a grenade.


That pattern — smart people, avoidable problems — is what pulled me toward Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I wanted the science behind it. Not just the "what," but the "why" and the "how do you change it."

A PhD and over two decades of experience later — across coaching engagements, team development, and performance consulting — one truth remains: the leaders who grow the most are those willing to understand their behavioral patterns and intentionally evolve them. Especially under pressure, in moments of conflict, and when the stakes are high — that’s where real growth happens, and that’s the work I do.


My approach is rooted in positive psychology and strengths-based development, helping clients build self-awareness, cultivate resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
